These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of SEASONSCAPE's Website, located at https://seasonscape.ca.
By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use SEASONSCAPE if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Pricing & Payment
Prices listed online are subject to change at any time and without prior notice or explanation. Once your contract is accepted and paid, the price for your service is locked and will not change for that contract period.
Full payment is required upon acceptance of the contract. No services will be scheduled without payment.
Scheduling
No Guarantee of Specific Day or Time: We cannot guarantee a specific day or time for your service, even if an estimate is provided. Schedules may vary due to weather, workload, or other factors.
Flexible Scheduling: We aim to provide regular, reliable service within the agreed package period.
Weather Restrictions:
No Mowing When Grass is Wet: SEASONSCAPE will not mow during rain, immediately after rain, or when the grass is wet.
No Mowing During Heat Waves: For the health of your lawn and safety of our staff, SEASONSCAPE does not mow during extreme heat waves.
Mowing Height: SEASONSCAPE will not mow your lawn excessively short, as this can damage the grass and affect lawn health.
Right to Cancel: SEASONSCAPE reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any service at any time, without prior notice or explanation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
No Refunds or Cancellations: Once your contract is accepted and paid, it is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. By accepting your contract, we reserve your spot for the season and may turn away other clients.
No Refunds for Partial Use: As with a concert or cinema ticket, if you choose not to use the full service or are dissatisfied after service has started, no refunds will be issued.
Customer Responsibilities
Pet Waste Removal: Please clear all pet waste from your lawn before your scheduled service. Areas with pet waste will not be serviced.
Clear Access: Ensure all grassy areas are accessible and free from obstructions (vehicles, toys, etc.). Missed sections due to obstructions may result in additional fees or skipped service.
Backyard Access: If your backyard is fenced or gated, you are responsible for ensuring we have access on the day of service. Please:
Leave gates unlocked,
Provide clear instructions on how to open the gate, or
Provide a key, code, or other means of access as needed.
If we are unable to access your backyard, that portion of the service may be skipped and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Additional Terms
Quality Commitment: By choosing our service, you are guaranteed a professional, committed job for the season.
Service Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if customer policies are not followed.
Excessive Growth: Additional charges may apply if the grass is excessively long or has not been mowed in over two weeks (applies to On-Demand service).

Thorough Clean-Up
We leave your property looking its best. After mowing and trimming, we always blow away grass clippings and debris from driveways, sidewalks, and patios. Your lawn and surrounding areas will be neat and tidy when we’re done.

By purchasing and accepting a contract, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions outlined above.
